BARTER OPPORTUNITY - Aurora  - You provide Labor ... I provide Lodging in my home as a Barter Trade Off. I need labor assistance in property maintenance - lawn mowing, trim trees, picking up debris (sticks - leaves, etc.), bagging trash, sweeping garage, etc. But mostly I need labor assistance in refurbishing my home... cleaning, extensive painting of walls, ceilings, woodwork, etc. Plus moving furniture - and preparing for an Estate Sale. If you are in need of a place to live in return for your labor for a while - then this could be an opportunity for you. Seeking male, female or even couple. You would have a full bedroom, private bath, access to kitchen as a boarder under a lodging agreement. You would receive no pay - only lodging for up to three months --- could be extended to perhaps five months. You must pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen. And you must have personal references. You must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds, climb high ladders, work on scaffolding, paint overhead. Drug usage will not be tolerated - Zero Tolerance. You must have good hygiene and be well groomed. You must be very tolerant of cats - an absolute necessity. You also must have a valid active drivers license. I am a retired man - Vietnam Vet - and a No Nonsense Kind of Guy - if you are a "druggie", con artist or criminal - I will spot you in a split second - so no baloney please. I am not seeking a professional "handy-man" - I am not seeking a "Team" of people to come do this work.
