NEWS AND NOTES:
  • Tanner Harris rushed for 203 yards and four touchdowns to lead Gunter
  • Four fumbles and one interception proved costly for Paradise. You cannot win when you turn the ball over that many times
  • Paradise rushed for 180 yards in the first quarter, but managed only 61 thereafter.
  • Paradise's Cooper Read was a bright spot
  • Gunter amassed 402 yards rushing and 438 total yards, and committed no turnovers
  • It was a rough two weeks considering the Panthers lost to Jacksboro 56-0 last week
  • Next year looks good: Paradise will lose only 5 starters and the JV team went undefeated.
